Give Your Swimming Pool a Whole New Life
With today’s technologies your pool can be safer, easier to maintain and more energy efficient than ever. New innovations like saltwater generation, ultraviolet light with ozone and hybrid backwash-free filtration will actually save you money, save you time and make pool care easier while adding value to your home.
We can even build a new pool inside your pool! There are so many new options are available to you since you originally built your pool.
Saltwater Pools and Ultraviolet Ozone (UVO)
Saving money on pool care is important, but not as important as safety and comfort for your swimming family! That’s more important than ever!
Having a salt water pool equipped with a salt generator means your pool has the ability to make chlorine from salt. No more buying chlorine or shock! But, the greatest advantage is the ease! The equipment does the measuring and dosing for you. Your pool will be a dream to take care of and a joy to swim in with softer silky water!
They’re not all the same
Some salt systems have the electronic control together in the same housing as the flow-cell rather than separately. This means should it go down, you may have to replace BOTH parts costing you a lot more with double the down time!
The Hayward Aqua Rite AQRS™ cell produces 25% more chlorine and has a four year warranty. Clearly a better system! Other brands such as Pentair and Jandy have 25% less cell life and only a one-year warranty.
Adding an HydraPure™ Ultraviolet Ozone (UVO) system with a salt generator can eliminate 99.9% of pathogens including the ones that chlorine do not kill. This means much safer water that’s incredibly easier to maintain!
Most major pool renovations take only a few days – not weeks! Tile, coping, decking, the plaster interior surface, equipment and water features can all be updated very quickly.

Common Pool Restoration Questions
Should I replace my pool tile or coping style?
Coping is the brick, concrete, stone, or aluminum material that tops off the wall of the swimming pool. Although coping is designed for durability, it can take a beating. Signs of pool coping damage include loose or “hollow” sounding stones, cracks, and crumbling joints.
If your pool exhibits any of these signs, the damage can grow beyond repair, and may even be hazardous for swimmers. Replacing the pool coping style can enhance the safety of your pool, while preventing potential hazards.

Can I make my pool shallower?
A depth renovation will depend largely on the material from which the pool is made. However, a typical project will include demolition to the floor to raise main drains, then compact an aggregate base of crushed rock to new desired depth. The existing shell is drilled, pinned and a steel reinforced bonded rebar grid installed. Then the new floor is gunited in place. Finally, the pool undergoes complete resurfacing before unveiling the beautiful finished product.
How can I prevent further damage?
A lot of homeowners know that their pool needs work, but don’t know exactly where to start. Depending on the amount of wear affecting your pool, a professional from our Brighton team might suggest a repair or replacement of the waterline tile, coping, or decking to better resist damage that the freeze/thaw environments in certain parts of the country can cause.
If water is allowed to penetrate and get behind the tile or coping this can cause expensive damage. For example, the caulk joint between the concrete or paver deck and the pool coping must be maintained perfectly in those climates or water will penetrate, freeze and cause significant damage. Ask one of our pool restoration experts about some ways we can offer to prevent damage and limit cost and inconvenience.
How can I improve the ease of maintenance?
Technology has benefited multiple industries, and the swimming pool industry is one of them. With more efficient filtration systems and state-of-the-art automatic cleaning devices, your swimming pool can will require much less maintenance. If the interior finish is rough maintaining an algae free pool can be difficult as the algae can attach easier. Re-plastering your pool can eliminate that problem and make the pool more enjoyable to swim in and look at as well.
What can I do to enhance the style?
Renovation and pool remodeling might also be necessary to improve the style of your pool, since backyard redesigning can all have an influence on how well your pool fits in with its surroundings. Brighton experts can offer customized styling advice, while also ensuring a practical application of a design given your unique needs.
